Handle your Jacquard tag with care. You might damage the Jacquard tag or the battery if you puncture, burn, deform, crush, drop, modify, attempt to insert foreign objects into, or disassemble them. Using a damaged Jacquard tag may cause the battery to overheat or injury. - Environment: The Jacquard tag is designed to work best in temperatures between 32° and 95° F (0° to 35° C). It should be stored at temperatures of -4° and 113° F (-20° and 45° C). Don't expose the Jacquard tag to temperatures above 113° F (45° C) by, for example, leaving it for a long time in direct sunlight, on a car dashboard, or near a heating vent. These temperatures could damage the product, overheat the battery, or pose a fire risk. Don't leave your Jacquard tag inside a car or in a car's trunk for an extended period of time on hot days. If the Jacquard tag gets too hot, disconnect it from its power source if it is plugged in, move it to a cooler place, and don't use it until it has cooled. - Charging: Only charge the Jacquard tag with a USB port compliant with USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 Type A standards, or a USB power adapter that has been certified with a limited power source or PS1 output according to IEC 60950-1/IEC 62368-1, with output rated 5Vdc, 1A. - Cleaning: To clean your Jacquard tag, wipe it with a soft, dry or damp cloth. Don't use soaps, solvents, or abrasives on the tag. - Water Resistance: The Jacquard tag is resistant to rain and splashing and can be used outdoors, but it isn't fully waterproof. Don't submerge the Jacquard tag, and don't use the Jacquard tag inside a very wet shoe. If the Jacquard tag gets wet, don't try to dry it using an external heat source. Allow the Jacquard tag, the TEAM FX insole, or other Jacquard-compatible device to dry, then go back to using it. Don't wash the Jacquard tag—this could damage it. The Jacquard tag has a water protection rating of IP54 under IEC 60529. If your tag is damaged, its water resistance may be compromised. - Storage: Fully charge the Jacquard tag and store disconnected from the insole or other Jacquard-compatible device and your phone when not in use to maximize battery life. TEAM FX Insoles Your TEAM FX insole is made from a high-performance EVA compound. Nevertheless, treat it with care and make sure you air dry it if it gets wet. Always handle the shoes with care when the device is integrated (for example, don't hit the shoe against walls or sharp edges). Remove the Jacquard tag before washing and cleaning the insole or shoes. Dos - Wash in cold water and air dry. Don'ts: - Don't expose the insole to direct sunlight or place it near a heat source like an oven or radiator after washing. - Don't use solvent-based care products like leather creams because they will damage the surface.
